The Secret Behind Madison’s Best Bagels
Did you know Madison has a secret when it comes to finding the best bagels? Mermaid Bagels has built up a loyal fanbase through the isthmus despite not having a physical storefront. Lisa Jacobson, owner of Mermaid Kitchen, joins host Bianca Martin to talk about how bagels became her thing and what it actually takes to make a good bagel.
