- Huda Bakhash told News 3 that she brought three of her four children to Madison last September so her oldest daughter could receive treatment for a rare, terminal genetic disease. Visa delays forced her infant daughter Hala to stay behind in Pakistan with her father ever since.

| | 🎥 City Wants UW To Take Down Flock Camera | - Madison officials are at odds with both state officials and UW-Madison officials over the legality of Flock Safety cameras on several of the city’s traffic poles.
- Five Flock Safety cameras – one on the UW campus and four around the Capitol Square – have been installed on property that is actually owned by the city. Such cameras have been criticized by privacy advocates, and the City of Madison does not use Flock Safety cameras.
- Assistant City Attorney Doran Viste has asked UW to take down its camera, located in front of the Memorial Union. City officials are reviewing whether the cameras on the Capitol Square are legal under a previous agreement with the state Department of Transportation or not. [ 🔒WSJ, 🎧 City Cast Madison]
